1. What is the Minimun Order Quantity?
Paper Cups Products: 200K pcs per item
Kraft Paper Cups Products: 100K pcs per item
Cutlery Products: 100,000 pieces per item
Retail Products: Please Contact our Sales Consultant for more details.
2. How can we get samples ?
We send samples by express. samples are all free . you only need pay the express fee. If less than 50pcs ,the express fee will be $50.
3. What is the Lead Time for Products?
30-45 days for a 40HQ, depending on the confirmed order. We all use high speed paper cup machines to keep best speed and quality.
4. If we use our print design .How many plate fee shall we pay for it?
Plate cost: $100 per color for each type paper cup(only charge for the first time . customer's design).
The plate fee will be refunded after accumulate purchase more than 10HQ .
All the design and modification of the plate are free of charge.
5. Payment.
Usually by T/T 30% in deposit , 70% balance before shipment.
